On Friday, October 5, GUIMC students visited the office of Deloitte, one of the world’s largest audit and consulting companies, part of the Big Four, and took part in a career-oriented master class for people with disabilities. At the training, staff from the HR department talked about how the standard process for selecting candidates for the job is organised, how to create a CV, and how to answer the recruiter’s questions at the interview.
During the training, the guys also had a “mock” interview and received feedback on its results.
According to the students, the training made a good impression on them. They learned a lot of new information, which we hope will be useful and valuable in their future employment.
In addition to the training, there was also a football match between the GUIMC students and the employees of the Deloitte Company. Our students won it with the score 4:2. Congratulations!
